Logon ke paas sawab itna ziyada hogaya hai ke woh is ka baaz hissa doosron ko isaal kar rahe hain, kya ye log qayamat ke din bhi apni sakhawat dikha sakenge .
jis ka naqsha quran ne yun khincha hai .

“Is din aadmi bhagega apne bhai se, aur apni maa aur apne baap se, aur apni biwi aur apni aulaad se, un mein se har ek ko is din aisi fikar ( daman geer ) hogi jo us ke liye kaafi hogi .
Surah Abas:34-37

❓❓Mein pareshan hun ke mere paas nekiyan bohat kam hain, agar maine inhen bhi kisi aur ko bakhsh diya to qayamat ke din mera kya hoga wahan to kisi se mangne se bhi neki nahi milein gi, chay jaye ke koi khud se isaal kare !
is liye sochta hun ke apne gunah hi kisi ko isaal kardoon ❗❕

➖Chalo mein apne saare gunah ahal bidat ke imam ko isaal karta hun woh bhi kya yaad karenge .

Koi yeh na kahe ke gunah ka isaal nahi hota hai balke sirf sawab ka isaal hota hai, kyunke mein palat kar sawal karoonga ke :
↕Agar gunah ke isaal ki Daleel nahi hai to sawab ke isaal ki kya Daleel hai ❓

Agar kaha jaye ke bohat saari riwayaat mein is baat ki Daleel hai ke zindon ki baaz nekiyon ka sawab murdon ko pahuchta hai to mein bhi kahoonga ke bohat si aisi riwayaat hain jin mein is baat ki Daleel hai ke zindon ki baaz buraiyon ka gunah murdon ko pahuchta hai.

Maslan mulahiza ho yeh hadees :

Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ( jab bhi duniya mein ) koi na-haq qatal hota hai to uske gunah ka ek hissa aadam ke bete ( yani Qabeel ) par zaroor hota hai kyunke usi ne qatal ka tareeqa ijaad kiya .
Sahih Bukhari :3335

Balke ek wohi hadees mulahiza ho jis se isaal sawab ki Daleel li jati hai, agar waqai is hadees ke ibtidayi tukde mein isaal sawab ki Daleel hai, to beshak iske aakhri tukde mein isaal gunah ki bhi Daleel hai,

Hadees ye hai :

Rasool Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya jisne islam mein koi acha tareeqa raaij kiya phir uske baad is par amal kiya gaya to uske liye is amal karne wale ke barabar sawab likha jayega aur unke sawab mein se kuch kami na ki jayegi aur jis aadmi ne islam mein koi bura tareeqa raaij kiya phir us par amal kiya gaya to is par is amal karne wale ke gunah ke barabar gunah likha jayega aur amal karne walon ke gunah mein koi kami na ki jayegi .

Kya khayaal hai bhaiyon!
isaal gunah ki Daleel hai ya nahi ?


Log apne aqarba tak sawab isaal kar rahe hain .
mein apne deeni dushmanon tak apne gunah isaal karoonga, mere ye dushman jawaba apne gunah mere sar laad nahi sakte, kyunke woh mar chuke hain .

Lekin unke pasmandgaan to kahenge ke woh qabr me jane ke baad bhi zindah hain !

Mujh par yeh dhamki bhi asar hone wali nahi hai kyunke unke pasmandgaan ka jahan yeh aqeedah hai ke hamare yeh dushman zinda hain wahin unka yeh bhi aqeedah hai ke unse poori zindagi mein kabhi koi gunah hua hi nahi !

Ab jab hamare dushmanon ke paas koi gunah hai hi nahi, to woh bechare jawaba hum tak kya isaal karen, sawab to bhejne se rahe .

Agar koi mere khaufnaak irade se pareshan hokar yeh kahne lage “ahadees mein murdon tak zindon ke jin jin gunaaho ke pahunchane ki baat hai sirf wohi gunah pahunchenge bas!! “

To main bhi yeh keh sakta hun ke jin jin aamaal ke sawab pahunchaane ki baat hai sirf unhin aamaal ka sawab pahunchega bas! aisi soorat mein hum dono ko apne apne irade se baz aajana chahiye .

((( Meaning of Pasmandgaan : yani mar jane wale ke piche jo unke qareebi, azeez ya rishtedar bachte hain unhe pasmandgaan kahte hain.)))

            🍃بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم🍃       
                     Duniya amal karne ki jagah hai aur akhirat jaza pane ki , to mominon ko badla jannat aur kafiroon ko jahannum ki soorat mein miley ga .
To jab Jannat Tayyab aur achhi cheez hai to us mein daakhil bhi wohi hoga jo ke achha aur Tayyab hoga aur phir Allah Ta’ala Tayyab aur paak saaf hai to woh qubool bhi Tayyab aur paak saaf cheez hi karta hai isiliye Allah Ta’ala ka apne bandon mein yeh tareeqa raaij hai ke woh apne bandon ko azmaane ke liye masaaib aur fitna mein dalta hai taake yeh pata chal sake ke momin kaun aur kafir kaun hai aur jhute aur sachey ke darmiyan tameez hosake jaise ke Allah Ta’ala ka farmaan hai :
                    ” Kya logon ne yeh gumaan kar rakha hai ke unke sirf is daawe par ke hum imaan laaye hain hum inhen baghair aazamaaye hue hi chhod denge? Unse pahlo ko bhi hum ne khoob aazmaaya tha yaqeenan Allah Ta’ala unhen bhi jaan le ga jo sach kehte hain aur unhen bhi maloom kar lega jo ke jhute hain”

📕(Al-Ankaboot :2-3)


To kamyabi aur nijaat us waqt tak mukammal nahi hogi jab tak ke imtehan na hojaye aur Tayyab khabees se alehda na hojaye aur momin aur kafir ka pata na chal jaye jaisa ke Allah Subhanahu Taa’la ka farmaan hai :
                          “Jis haal par tum ho isi par Allah Ta’ala imaan walon ko na chhod dega jab tak ke pak aur napak ko alag na kardey aur na hi Allah Ta’ala aisa hai ke tumhe ghaib se aagah kardey ga”

📗Al-Imran 179


Woh azmaish jisme Allah Ta’ala apne bandon ko mubtala karta hai taake momin aur kafir ke darmiyan tameez ho sake uska zikar Allah ke is farmaan mein hai :
                         “Aur hum kisi na kisi tarah tumhari azmaish zaroor karenge dushman ke dar se, bhook pyaas se, maal wa jaan aur phalon ki kami se, aur unpar sabr karne walon ko khushkhabri de dijiye jinhein koi museebat aati hai to keh diya karte hain ke hum to khud Allah Ta’ala ki milkiyat hain aur hum usi ki taraf lautne wale hain, un par unke Rabb ki rahmaten aur nawazishen hain aur yahi log hidaayat Yafta hain”

📒Al-Baqara 155-157


To Allah Ta’ala apne bandon ko azmaish mein mubtala karta aur sabr karne walon se mohabbat karta aur unhen jannat ki khushkhabri deta hai .

Aur aise hi Allah Ta’ala apne bandon ko jihaad ke sath bhi aazmaata hai, 

Farmaan e Baari Ta’ala hai :

                           “▫🍃Kya tum yeh samajh baithe ho ke tum jannat mein chale jao ge halaanke abhi tak Allah Ta’ala ne yeh zahir nahi kiya ke tum mein se Jihaad karne wale kaun hain aur sabr karne wale kaun hain ?”
📗Al-Imran 142


➖Aur isi tarah maal wa aulaad bhi fitna hain jis mein Allah Ta’ala apne bandon ko mubtala karta hai taake yeh maloom karle ke kaun shukr karta aur kaun na shukri karte hue un mein mashgool rehta hai 

Farmaan e Bari Ta’ala hai :
                          ” Aur tum is baat ko jaan lo ke tumhare maal aur tumhari aulaade ek imtehaan ki cheez hain aur is baat ko bhi jaan lo ke Allah Ta’ala ke yahan bohat bada ajar hai. ”

📘Al-Anfaal : 28   


Allah Ta’ala baaz auqaat museebaton aur baaz auqaat neymaton ke sath azmaish mein dalta hai ta ke yeh pata chal sake ke kaun shukrguzaar aur kaun nashukra aur kaun ita’at guzaar aur kaun nafarman hai to phir inhen qayamat ke roz badla dega.

Allah Ta’ala farmata hai :
                     ” Hum azmaish ke liye har ek ko buraee aur bhalai mein mubtila karte hain aur tum sab hamari taraf lautaaye jaoge”.

Al-Ambiya : 35


Aur phir yeh azmaish bhi imaan ke aitbaar se hoti hai to logon mein sab se ziyada sakht azmaish Ambiya ki phir usse kam darje ki phir usse kam wale ki .
Nabi sallallaho alaihi  wasallam ka irshad hai :

                          ” Mujhe tanha itna tez bukhaar hota hai jitna ke do admiyon ko hota hai”

Sahih bukhari hadees number 5648


Allah Ta’ala ham ko kai qism ki azmaish mein dalta hai. Baaz auqaat to hame museebaton aur fitne mein daal kar imtehaan leta hai ta ke momin aur kafir aur ita’at guzaar aur nafarman aur shukr guzaar aur nashukre ka pata chal sake .

              Aur baaz auqaat jab uske bande nafarmani karte hain to woh apne bandon ko museebaton mein mubtila kar ke unhen sikhata hai ta ke woh us nafarmani se baz aa jayen .
Jaisa ke Allah Ta’ala farmata hai.
                       ” Tumhe jo kuch bhi museebatein aati hain woh tumhare apne hathon ke kartoot ka badla hai aur woh to sab baton se to dar guzar farma deta hai”.

Ash- Shuara : 30
Allah Subhana o taala ka farmaan hai :
                         ” Aur hum ne inhen azaab mein bhi pakda lekin yeh log na apne Rabb ke samne jhuke aur naa hi unhon ne aajzi ikhtiyar ki”.

Al-Momin : 76


Allah taala apne bandon par bohat zyada Raheem hai aur ummat par baar baar azmaish lata hai ta ke woh wapas lout aayen aur gunaaho se tauba kar ke Allah Ta’ala ki haraam kardah cheezon ko tark kar de taa ke Allah taala inhen bakhash de .

Allah Ta’ala Ka farmaan hai :

                        ” Aur kya unko yeh dikhayi nahi deta ke yeh log har saal ek ya do baar kisi na kisi aafat mein phanse rehte hain phir bhi na tauba karte aur naa hi naseehat qubool karte hain”.

At- Taubah : 126


Aur Allah Ta’ala ki rahmat hai ke woh gunaaho ki saza duniya mein bhi deta hai ke ho sakta hai ke log apne gunaho se baaz ajaye aur khud me sudhaar le aayen aur maut se pahle pahle Allah ki taraf rujoo kar len. 
🔴Allah Ta’ala ka farmaan hai.
                        ” ▫Aur yaqeenan hum inhen qareeb ke  chhote se baaz azaab iss bade azaab ke siwa chakhayenge taa ke woh laut ayen”

As-Sajda : 21


Aur baaz auqaat Allah Ta’ala apne bandon ko museebaton mein isliye mubtila karta hai ke unke darjaat buland kare aur unki buraiyan khatam kare. 
Jaisa ke farmaan nabwi sallallaho alaihi wasallam hai :
                         “Kisi bhi musalman ko koi takleef, bemari, gham, pareshani, afsos hatta ke agar koi kaanta bhi chubhta hai to uski binaa par Allah Ta’ala uske gunah maaf kar deta hai.”

📮RISHTEDARO SE TALLUQAAT JODE RAKHNE KI TAKEED AUR USEY TODNE KA WABAAL

                   📝Part-1
           🔴Irshaad e Bari Ta’ala
“▫🍃Aur Allah ne jin cheezon ke jodney ka hukum diya hai woh usey jodte hain aur woh apne parwardigar se darte hain aur hisab ki sakhti se khauf rakhte hain.”
                    ▫🍃Aur woh apney Rab ki raza mandi ki talab ke liye sabar karte hain aur namazon ko barabar qayem rakhte hain aur jo kuch humne unhen de rakha hai ussey chhupe khule kharach karte hain aur buraee ko bhi bhalai se taalte hain inhi ke liye aaqibat ka ghar hai.”

📘Ar-Raad : 21-22


“▫🍃Aur tumse yeh bhi ajab nahi ke tum ko agar hukumat mil jaye to tum zamin par fasad barpa kardo aur rishte naate tod dalo.”
                          ▫🍃Yehi log hain jinpar Allah ne laanat ki hai aur un (ke kaano ko) ko bahra aur (unki) aankhon ko andha kar diya hai.

📒Surah Mohammad : 22-23


“▫🍃Iss ke zariye (Allah Ta’ala) bahot logon ko gumrah karta hai aur bahoto ki hidayat bakhshta hai aur gumrah bhi karta hai to sirf nafarmano hi ko.” 
                           “▫🍃Jo log Allah Ta’ala ke mazboot ehad ko tod dete hain aur Allah Ta’ala ne jin cheezon ke jodne ka (yani rishta qarabat) hukum diya hai unhen kaat te aur zamin mein fasaad phailate hain yehi log nuqsan uthane wale hain.”_

📗Al-Baqara 26-27


🔴Farman e Rasool sallallaho alaihi wasallam
1.💫Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :

“Allah Ta’ala ke nazdeek sabse bura amal Rab kaynaat ke sath shirk karna phir rishtedari todna hai.”

📚(Sahih ul Jame Sagheer :166)


                 2.💫Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya : “Allah Ta’ala ne makhlooq paida ki, aur jab usse faraghat hui to Rahem(womb) ne arz kiya Ye us shakhs ki jagah hai jo qata rahmi (rishte todne) se teri panah mange. Allah Ta’ala ne farmaya : Haan! Kya tum is baat par raazi nahin ke main usey apne aap se  jodunga jo tumse apne aap ko jode aur usse tod lunga jo tumse apne aap ko todle? Rahem ne kaha kyun nahin Ai Rabb!,

              Allah Ta’ala ne farmaya ke bas ye tujhko diya. Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne uske baad farmaya ke agar tumhara jee chahe to ye ayat padhlo lo.”

                 “Aur tumse ye bhi ajab nahin ke agar tumhe hukumat mil jaye to tum zamin par fasad barpa kardo aur rishte naate tod dalo.”

(Surah Mohammad :22)

                  🔴Hadees e Nabwi
✔Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :

                          “Jo Allah aur akhirat par emaan rakhta hai usey apne rishtedaro ka khayal rakhna chahiye.”

📒Sahih Bukhari : 6138


                    ✔Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya : Jo chahta ho ke uski rozi me kushadgi ho aur uski umr me izafa ho to usey apne rishtedaro ke saath sila rahmi(rishte jodna/unke sath achha suluk) karna chahiye.”

✔Abu ayyub ansari Razi Allahu anhu farmate hain ke ek admi ne pucha : Ai Allah ke Rasool ! Koi aisa amal mujhe bataiye ke uske zariye jannat hasil kar loon. 

                           Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne jawab me farmaya :

“Allah ki khalis bandagi karo. Uske saath kisi ko shareek na karo, namaz qayem karo, zakat ada karo aur sila rahmi kiya karo.”

✔Syedna Abu Bakr Razi Allahu anhu ki riwayet hai ke Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :

                            ” Zulm wa baghawat aur qata rahmi (rishta nata todne) jaisa koi gunah nahi hai, jo is layeq ho ke Allah Ta’ala uske karne wale ko is duniya me bhi saza de bawajood iske ke uski saza usne akhirat me bhi rakh chhodi ho.”

✔Ummul Momineen Syeda Ayesha Razi Allahu anha farmati hain ke Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :

                      “Nata arsh se latka hua hai aur kahta hai : jo mujhko milaye Allah usko apne se milayega aur jo mujhko kaate Allah usko apne se kaat dega.”

📙Sahih Muslim :2555


✔Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ka irshaad hai :

                  “Jannat me rishta todne aur kaatne wala na jayega.”

📗Sahih Muslim :2556


✔Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :

                     “Sila rahmi karne wala wo nahi hai jo badle ke taur pe sila rahmi karta hai balki asal me sila rahmi to ye hai ke jab koi qata(rishta katna) rahmi kare to wo usey jode.”

📘Sahih Bukhari : 5991


✔Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :

                              “Aulaad adam ke amaal jumeraat ki shaam aur jume ke Allah Ta’ala ko pesh kiye jate hain to Allah Ta’ala rishte todne wale shakhs ka koi amal qubul nahin karta. ”

📮MOZON(Socks) PAR MASAH KARNE KA MASNOON TAREEQA

📮MOZON(Socks) PAR MASAH KARNE KA MASNOON TAREEQA

Bismillahhirrahmanirrahim

Masah karne ka masnoon tareeqa ye hai ke : apne dono haatho ki ungliyan khol kar paaon ki ungliyon ke paas rakhe, aur phir daayein aur baayein dono haatho ko pindli(above the ankle) ki taraf ek hi waqt me le aaye, aur masah sirf ek hi baar kiya jaaye.

🔴Sheikh ibn Usaimeen Rahimahullah kahte hain :

Masah mozon ke upari wale hisse pe kiya jayega, to isliye wo apna haath sirf paaon ki ungliyon se pindli ki taraf phere, aur masah dono haatho se dono paaon par kiya jayega yaani jis tarah kaano ka masah kiya jata hai usi tarah daayein(right) haath se daayein paaon aur usi waqt baayein(left) haath se baayein paaon ka masah kare, kyunki sunnat se yahi zahir hota hai.

✔☘Mughira bin Sho’ba Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne wuzu kiya, mai jhuka taki Aap ke (paaon se) moze utaaru, Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya inhe rahne do inko jab (paaon me) daala tha to paun paak the,
chunanche Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne un dono par masah kiya. ”

Is hadees se ye zahir hai ke Inhone ye nahi kaha ke pahle daayein se shuru kiya, balki ye kaha ke dono par masah kiya, to isliye sunnat ka zahir yahi hai, haan agar ye farz kare kisi ka ek haath kaam nahi karta to phir wo baayein paaon se pahle daayein paaon ka masah kar sakta hai.
Bahut se log dono haath se daayein paaon aur phir dono haatho se baayein paaon par masah karte hain, ye aisa amal hai mere ilm ke mutabiq to iski koi daleel nahin milti..
Kisi bhi tareeqe par masah sirf mozon ke upar hi karna  kaafi hai.
📜🗞(Fataawa al-Mar’ah al-Muslimah, vol. 1, p. 250)

Mozon ki dono sides aur agli pichli taraf masah nahi kiya jayega kyunki iss silsile me kuch bhi sahi baat sabit nahi.

🔴Sheikh Ibn Usaimeen Rahimahullah kahte hain :

Koi kahne wala ye kah sakta hai ke : muamle ka zahiri to yahi hai ke moze ki nichli hisse ka masah karna zyada behtar hai, Kyunki mitti aur gandagi me to wahi hissa lagta hai, lekin jab ham ispar gaur wa fikr karte hain to hame yahi pata chalta hai ke moze ke upar wale hisse ka masah karna afzal hai,aur aqal bhi isi baat ko sabit karti hai, Kyunki is maseh se murad safai nahi balki Isse to ibadat murad hai, aur agr ham moze ke nichle hisse me masah kare to ye uske gande hone ka zariya banega.

📮MOZON(Socks) PAR MASAH KARNA

📮MOZON(Socks) PAR MASAH KARNA

Bismillahhirrahmanirrahim

Mozon par masah karna Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ki sunnat hai, jis shaks ne pairo me moze pahen rakhe ho uske liye afzal yahi hai ke wo pairo ko dhone ke liye unhe nikalne ke bajaye unpar masah karle. Kyunki Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne do chizo me se hamesha asaan chiz hi ikhteyaar ki. Jaise ke Hadees me hai ke :

✔☘Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam se jab bhi do chizo me se kisi ek ke ikhteyaar karne ke liye kaha gaya to Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne hamesha usi ko ikhteyaar farmaya jis me Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ko zyada aasani maalum hui basharte ke usme koi gunah na ho. Kyunki agar usme gunah ka koi shubha bhi hota to Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam usse sab se zyada door rahte.

✔Sheikhul islam ibn Taymiyah aur unke shagird ibn Qayyim Rahimahullah ne bhi yahi ikhteyaar kiya hai ke :

Har ek ke liye afzal yahi hai ke wo us par amal kare jo uski halat ke mafiq ho, to isliye agar to usne moze pahen rakhe ho to uske liye masah karna afzal hai, aur agar uske paaon nange hain to dhona afzal hai, aur fir moze to pahene hi isliye jate hai ke un par masah kiya jaaye.

✔☘Mughira bin Sho’ba Radiallahu anhu ki hadees hai ke jab unhone wuzu me paaon dhone ke liye Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ke moze utarna chaha to Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne unhe farmaya tha :
“Rahne do! Kyunki maine ye moze taharat(wuzu/paaki) ke baad pahne the, chunache Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne uspar masah kiya.”

🚩Tirmizi me bhi iski daleel maujood hai

✔☘Saffwan bin Asaal Radiallahu anhu bayan karte hai ke : Jab ham safar me hote to Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam hame hukm dete ke ham teen din tak apne moze na utare illa ye ke halat e janabat ho jaaye, lekin qazaye hazat(answering the call of nature) aur neend ki wajah se utarne ki zarurat nahi.”
📚(Sunan Tirmizi, 96)hasan

Lehaza in daleelo se ye malum chalta hai ke jisne moze pahen rakhe hai uske liye mozon par masah karna hi afzal hai.

🔴Mozon par masah ki muddat

✔☘Shareeh bin Haani  farmate hain: Main ne Ali Radiallahu anhu se mazon par masah karne ke muddat ke muta’alliq poocha to Ali Radiallahu anhu ne farmaya: Rasool Allah ne musafir(traveller) ke liye (masah ki muddat) teen din- raat aur muqeem(resident) ke liye ek din-raat muqarrar farmai hai.”

“Ai  imaan waalo! jab tum namaaz ke liye utho to apne mu ko aur apne haatho ko kuhniyo samet dhulo, apne saro ka masah karo, aur apne paao ko takhno samet dhulo aur agar tum janaabat ki haalat mein ho to ghusl karlo, haan agar tum bimaar ho ya safar ki haalat mein ho ya tum mein se koyi haajat zaruri(answering the call of nature) se faarigh ho kar aaya ho, ya tum aurto se mile ho aur tumhe paani na mile to tum paak mitti se tayammum karlo, usse apne chehro aur haatho par mal lo, Allah ta’ala tum par kisi qism ki tangi daalna nahi chaahta, balke uska iraada tumhe paak karne ka aur tumhe apni bharpoor nemat dene ka hai, ta ke tum shukar ada karte raho”

🔵Tayammum ka tareeqa

Wuzu aur ghusl me se jis ke liye tayammum karna chahte ho uski dil me niyat kare.

✒Yaad rahe ke Tayammum ki mitti par do baar haath marna kisi bhi sahi hadees se nahi sabit hai. Isliye sahi tareeqa yehi hai ke ek bar hi haath mara jaye.

🔴Paani mil jaane par wuzu hi karne me khair hai

Jin chizo se wuzu toot jata hai un chizo se tayammum bhi toot jata hai. Isi tarah paani mil jane par tayammum bhi khatam ho jata hai.

“Paak mitti musalmano ko paak karne wali hai, agarche das saal usey paani na mile(lekin) jab paani mayassar aa jaye to usey apne jism se chuwaaye kyunki khair wa bhalai isi me hai.”

🔴Zameen ki upri sateh se tayammum karna

Quran Majeed me “Say’eed” (say’eed tayammum karne ki chiz hai jiska nam quran me aya hai) se tayammum karne ka hukm aya hai jiske maane aksar a’aimma e lughat(yani scholars of dictionary) ke mutabiq zameen ki upari satah ke hai isliye har us chiz se tayammum durust hoga jo zameen ki satah ho.

✒Lekin yaad rahe ke mitti ke maujood na hone ki surat me kyunki mitti ke “Say’eed” hone pe saare ke saare ulemaa agree hai ke zameen ki upari satah mitti hi hai.

“Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam be’re jamal ki taraf se aaye,  Aap se ek admi mila, usne Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ko Salam kiya, Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne salam ka jawab nahi diya yaha tak ke ek diwaar ke pas aaye, phir apne chehre aur haath ka masah kiya(tayammum kiya) aur  salam ka jawab diya.”

✔☘Abu Saeed Radiallahu anhu se riwayat hai ke do admiyo ne tayammum kiya aur namaz padhli phir inhe paani mil gaya aur abhi namaz ka waqt baaqi tha, bas inme se ek ne wuzu kiya aur namaz lautaai aur doosre ne namaz na lautaai, phir inhone Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam se poocha bas aap ne is shaqs se kaha jis ne namaz nahi lautaai thee ke ‘tum ne sunnat par amal kiya aur tumhari (tayammum wali) namaz tumhare liye kaafi hai aur doosre shaqs se kaha jis ne namaz lautaai thee ke tere liye zyada ajar hai.’

Umar Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki” Ek admi ne wuzu kiya to uske paao par nakhun ke barabar jagah khushk rah gayi. Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne usey dekha to farmaya :
Wapas jaao aur achhi tarah wuzu karo, chunache wo wapas gaya aur (dobara) wuzu karne ke baad namaz adaa ki. ”

7.🚩Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam se poore sar ka masah karna hi sabit hai,sar ke kuch hisse ka masah karna sabit nahi,haa agar sar par a’mamah(pagdi) ho to sar ke agle hisse ka masah karke a’mamah(pagdi) par masah mukammal kiya ja sakta hai.

“Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne wuzu kiya aur peshani aur a’mamah(pagdi) par masah kiya.”

Wuzoo karne wala wuzoo ki dil me niyat kare,  na ke zaban se, isliye ke Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam se wuzoo, namaz ya kisi aur ibadat ke liye zaban se niyat karne ka suboot nahi milta, aur isliye ke Allah Ta’ala dil ki baato ko janta hai, lehaza usey mazeed khabar dene ki zarurat nahi, niyat karna farz hai.

1.🚩Sabse pahle wuzoo ke liye dil me niyat kare
Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
“Tamam aamaal ka daromadar niyat par hai. ”

Note✒️ :Wazeh rahe ke kulli karne aur naak pe pani dalne ka jo Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam se tareeqa sabit hai wo ek hi chullu se kulli bhi ki jaye aur naak me pani bhi dala jaye.
Halaki Usman Radiallahu anhu se aur Ali Radiallahu anhu se kulli aur naak ke liye alag alag pani lena bhi sabit hai.
Lehaza Behtar ye hai ki ek hi pani se kulli bhi ki jaaye aur naak me pani bhi dala jaye lekin agar koi alag kulli aur alag naak me pani dalta hai to bhi jayez hai.

5.🚩Phir teen martabah chehre ko dhoye, chaudaai me kaan se lekar (dusre) kaan tak aur lambaai me baalo ke ugne ki jagah se dadhi ke nichle hisse tak.

6.🚩Iske baad dono hatho ko ungliyo ke sire se lekar kohiniyo tak teen teen baar dhoye, Pahle sidhe haath ko phir ulte haath ko.

🔴Wuzoo ke baad ke azkaar

Umar Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool’Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya :

أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ ‏”‏ ‏

“Mai gawahi deta hu ke Allah ke siwa koi mabud barhaq nahi, wo akele hai uska koi shareek nahi aur mai gawahi deta hu Mohammad sallallaho alaihi wasallam uske bande aur uske Rasool hai.

Jo shaks wuzoo ke baad kahe

سُبْحـانَكَ اللّهُـمَّ وَبِحَمدِك أَشْهَـدُ أَنْ لا إِلهَ إِلاّ أَنْتَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتوبُ

“Ai Allah tu paak hai aur teri hi tareef hai, mai gawahi deta hu ke tere siwa koi mabud nahi, mai tujhse maghfirat chahta hu aur teri taraf ruju karta hu.”
To ye kalimaat kagaz pe likh kar uspe muhar laga diya jata hai to qiyamat tak nahi toda jata. ”

✔☘Umar Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki ek din ham Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Aalaihi wasallam ke pas baithe hue the ke ek shaks ayaa ke jiska libas nihayat hi sufaid tha, baal bilkul kaale the, uspar safar ka koi asar na tha aur ham me se koi usey pahchanta bhi na tha. Yaha tak ke wo aakar Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ke paas baith gaya, apne ghutne Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ke ghutno se laga diye aur dono hatheliya raano pe rakh di aur kaha :
🔴Ai Mohammad sallallaho alaihi wasallam mujhe ISLAM ke baare me bataiye❓
Ispar Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Aalaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
Islam ye hai ke tu is bat ki gawahi de ke Allah ke siwa koi (haqeeqi) mabud nahi aur Mohammad sallallaho alyehi wasallam Allah ke Rasool hai,Namaz qayam kare, zakaat ada kare, ramzan ke roze rakhe, aur agar istetat(to bear the expense of) ho to Allah ke ghar ka hajj kare. Usne kaha: Aap ne sach kaha.
Uski is baat par hame bada ta’ajjub hua ke khud hi puchta hai aur khud hi tasdeeq bhi karta hai. Fir usne kaha:

🔴Mujhe IMAAN ke bare me bataiye❓

Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
(Imaan ye hai) ke tu Allah par, farishto par, uski kitabo par, uske rasoolo par, akhirat ke din par imaan laaye aur taqdeer ki bhalai aur burai par imaan laaye. Usne kaha: Aapne sach kaha. Fir kaha:
🔴Mujhe EHSAAN ke baare me bataiye
Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: (Ehsaan ye hai) ke tu Allah ki ibadat is tarah kar ke goya tu usey dekh raha hai,  agar tu usey nahi dekhta to wo to tujhe dekh hi raha hai. Usne kaha:
🔴Mujhe QIYAMAT ke waqt ke baare me bataiye❓
Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
jisse pucha gaya hai wo uske baare me puchne wale se zada nahi janta. Usne kaha:
🔴Mujhe uski nishaniya hi bata dijiye❓
Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
(Uski nishaniyo me se ek nishani ye hai ke) baandi(slave girl) apni malkin(mistress and master) ko janm degi aur tu nange paao, kapdo se mahroom, bakriya charane walo ko dekhega ke wo unchi unchi imaarato pe itraayenge. Iske baad wo shaks chala gaya, aur mai kaafi der tak baitha raha. Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Aalaihi wasallam ne mujhse kaha : Ai Umar kya tum jante ho ke ye sawalat puchne wala kaun tha❓
Maine kaha: Allah aur uske Rasool hi behatar jante hai.Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :Ye Jibraeel the. Tumhe tumhara deen sikhane ke liye aaye the.

Mahe moharram bahut hi azeem aur ba-barkat mahina hai ye mahina hijri saal(yani islamic saal) ka pahla aur hurmat(sacred) wale mahino me se ek hai, jinke baare me Allah Ta’ala ka farman hai:

“Mahino ki ginti Allah ke nazdik kitabullah mein 12 ki hai, usi din se jab se asmaan aur zameen ko us ne paida kiya hai, un mein se 4 hurmat wa adab ke hai, yahi durust deen hai, tum un mahino mein apni jaano par zulm na karo

Aur Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam se ye bhi sabit hai ke Ramzan ul Mubarak ke baad moharram ke mahine me roze afzal hai.Jaisa ke hadees me bataya gaya

✔☘Abu Hurairah Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasool’Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya : Ramzan ul Mubarak ke baad sabse afzal tareen roze moharram ke mahine ke roze hai, aur farz namaz ke baad afzal tareen namaz raat ki namaz hai.

✒Ek bat to ye sabit hoti hai ke Moharram hurmat(sacred) wale mahino me se ek hai jaise ke tafseer ibn kaseer me bayan hai ke in mahino me kiye gaye gunah aam din ke gunaho se zada sangeen hote hai aur in mahino me kee gayi neki aam dino ki neki se zada ahmiyat rakhti hai. Yani ke is mahine agar roze rakhe jaye to unka bahut sawab hoga jaisa ke upar di gayi hadees se ye sabit hota hai ke Moharram ke roze bahut hi afzal hai.To koi shaks is mahine me roze rakhne ko kisi bhi tarah se biddat ya galat sabit nahi kar sakta basharte roze ki niyat khalis Allah waste ho kyunki beshak tamam ibadato ke layeq sirf aur sirf Allah Ta’ala hi hai.

Fuqha kiram ki ek jamat ne ashura aur usse ek din pahle aur ek din baad roza rakhne ko mustahab qarar diya hai, balki is andaz se teen roze rakhne ko sabse aala tareen tareeqa qarar diya hai. Chunanche isliye

Ibn Qayyim Rahimahullah kahte hai:

Ashura ka roza rakhne ke teen maraatib hai:

1⃣Sabse Aala martabah ye hai ke: Ashura ka roza rakhne ke sath sath ek din pahle aur ek din baad me bhi roza rakha jaaye.

2⃣Dusra martabah ye hai ke : 9 aur 10 moharram ka roza rakhe, aksar ahadees me yahi amal mazkoor hai.
Iske baad teesra martabah ye hai ke

3⃣Sirf 10 tareekh ka roza rakha jaaye.

✒Lehaza malum ye chala  ke koi shaks agar 9-10 ka roza na rakh paye to wo 10-11 ka roza bhi rakh sakta hai. Ashure ke bad 11 ka roza rakhne se ek faida to ye hoga ke yahudiyo ki mukhalifat ho jayegi aur dusra ye ke Mahe Moharram  me roze rakhna afzal hai to uska sawab. Lekin ye yaad rakhe ke 9-10 ko roza rakhna  zada afzal hai isliye janbujh ke aisa na kre ke khaskar 9-10 ka roza chhod kar 10-11 ka rakhe aisa karna durust nahi hoga.
