🏷Shauhar ki wafat ke baad biwi ka shauhar ko dekhna.

Khawind ki wafaat ke baad aurat ke liye khawind ko dekhna jayez hai, aur is mein koi Mana nahi, balki biwi ko yeh haq haasil hai ke woh apne faut shuda khawind ko ghusl de .

Imam Malik Raheemullah ne muwatta mein Abdullah bin Abu bakar Radiallahu anhuma se bayan kiya hai ke :

Jab Abu Bakar Raziallahu anhu faut hue to Asma Bint Amees Raziallahu anha ne unhe ghusl diya, aur phir bahar aakar muhajireen sahaba Karam jo wahan haazir the unse daryaft(pooch taachh) karne lagi : mai roza se hun aur din bhi bohat shadeed sard hai to kya mujh par ghusl karna zaruri hai❓ to unhone Kaha Nahih .
📘Muwatta Al Janayez, 753

Muwatta ki sharah Al muntaqa ke musannif is hadees ki sharah me kahte hain.
yeh hadees Dalalat karti hai ke khawind ki wafaat ke baad biwi ke liye khawind ko ghusl dena jayez hai. Kyunki yeh sahaba Karam Raziallahu anhum ki ek jamaat ki maujoodgi mein hua aur khaas kar ke Abu Bakr Raziallahu anhu ne iski wasiyat bhi ki thi, aur is ki mukhalfat kisi bhi Sahabi se nahi milti, to is tarha yeh ijma hua .

Aur Aisha Raziallahu anha kahti hain :

” Agar mujhe woh kuch pehle ilm hota jo mujhe baad mein maloom hua to Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ko unki biwiyon ke alawa koi aur ghusl na deta ”
📕Sunan Ibn Majah Al Janayez( 1464 ) Allamah Albaaani ne isey sahih qarar diya hai .

To is tarhan khawind ka Jism dekhna bhi jayez hua.

Alhamdulillah :
Awwal :
Maahe rajab ki fazeelat mein koi hadees nabi (sallahu alahi wa sallam) se sabit nahi, mazeed tafseel ke liye aap sawal number : (75394) aur (171509) ka mutala karein.

Ibne Uthaymeen (rahimaullah) kahte hain :
“Mahe rajab ki fazeelat mein koi sahih hadees nahi hai aur mahe rajab ki jumad-is-saniyah se infiradiat sirf itni hai ke ye maah hurmat wale mahino me sab se pahla mahina hai, wagarna is mein koi khusoosi roze rakhna, Makhsoos namaz ki adaygi karna ya kisi khususiat ke saath umrah waghaira karna sahih nahi hai, balke is mahine ka darja degar mahino jaisa hi hai”
(“liqa albab al maftooh” (26/174) Maktaba shamila ki tarteeb ke mutabiq)

Doam:
Abdullah bin imam ahmed ne “zawaid ul musnad” (2346) me, tabrani ne “al awsat” (3939) me, Baihaqi ne “sho’ab ul emaan” (3534) me aur abu Nuyaim ne “hilyatul awliya”(6/269) me za’idah bin abi ruqaad ki sanad se naqal kiya ke hamein ziyad Numayri ne Anas razi Allahu anhu se bayan kiya ke Rasoolullah (sallahu alahi wa sallam) jab rajab shuru hota to farmate:
اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَافِي رَجَب، وَشَعْبَانَ، وَبَلِّغْنا رَمَضَانَ
(yani : Aye Allah! hamare liye rajab aur shaban mein barkat daal aur hamein Ramadan naseeb farma)

Lekin ye sanad za’eef hai, is me “ziyad numeyri” raawi za’eef hai.

Imam ibne ma’een ne is rawi ko za’eef qarar diya hai.
Imam Abu hatim kahte hain ke ((لا يحتج به))yaani is ki hadees ko hujjat Nahi banaya jaa sakta.
Ibne hibban ne ise apni kitaab “az zu’afa” Mein naqal karte hue kaha (( لا يجوز الاحتجاج به)) ke is raawi ko hujjat banana jaiz Nahi hai.
Dekhein : “Meezan ul Ae’tedaal” (2/91)

Jabke zai’dah bin abi ruqaad mazkura bala rawi se bhi sakht za’eef hai, chunanche:
Imam Abu Hatim kahte hain: “ye rawi ziyad numeyri ke zariye anas (razi allahu anhu) se munkar riwayaat naqal karta tha, ab hamein maloom nahi ke munkar riwayaat iss ki apni taraf se hain ya iss ke ustaad ziyad ki taraf se”.
Imam bukhari kahte hain ye rawi “munkar ul hadees” hai.
(Al-Tareekh-ul-Kabeer: 3/ 433, Raqm: 1445)

Imam Nasai kahte hain: Ye rawi “munkar ul hadees” hai, Jabke apni kitab “al-kuna” mein kaha hai ke “ye siqa nahi hai”.
Imam Ibne hibban kahte hain : “ye mashur rawiyoun se munkar riwayaat bayan karta hai aur iski hadees ko hujjat Nahi banaya jaa sakta. Aur iski Ahadees sirf “aitebaar” ke liye likhi jaayen.”
Imam Ibne Adi kahte hain : “za’idah ke shagirdon mein muqaddami aur deegar afrad anokhi ahadees bayan karte hain aur iski kuch ahadees mein munkar ahadees bhi maujud hain.

Jabke sawal mein mazkoor hadees ko:
Imam nawawi ne “Al-zkaar (page: 189)” mein, Imam ibne rajab ne “lataif ul maarif” (page 121) mein, Imam Albani ne “zaeef ul jame” (4395) mein Za’eef Kaha hai.

Imam Haysami kahte hain : “is riwayat ko bazzaar ne naql kiya aur iski sanad mein za’idah bin abi ruqaad hai, iske bare mein imam bukhari “Munkar ul hadees” hone ka hukm lagate hain aur bohat se logon ne ise majhool qarar diya hai.
(Dekhein : “Majma’ uz zawaid”)

Soam:
Hadees za’eef hone ke saath is mein aisi koi baat nahi hai ke dua sirf rajab ki pahli raat hi kahi jayegi, balke is me mutlaq dua ke alfaaz hain, chunanche in alfaz ko bataur e dua rajab me ya rajab se pahle bhi kaha jaa sakta hai .

Chaharum:
Agar koi Musalmaan ye dua karta hai ke Ya Allah mujhe ramazaan naseeb farma, To isme koi harj nahi.

Chunanche Hafiz ibne rajab rahimahullah kahte hain ke:
“Mu’alla bin fazal kahte hain: Salaf e saliheen) 6 maah tak Allah taala se dua karte the ke ya Allah jo ibadatein hum ne ki hain wo hum se qubul farma.”

Yahya bin abi kaseer rahimaullah kahte hain:
“Salaf e saliheen ki dua ye hua karti thi: ya Allah mujhe ramazaan tak pahuncha de aur ramazaan mujh tak pahucha de aur phir mujh se is mein ki hui ibadaat qubool farma.”
(lataif-ul-ma’rif safa 148)

Shaik abdul kareem khuzayr hafizaullah se istifsaar kiya gaya :
Hadees (اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَافِي رَجَب، وَشَعْبَانَ، وَبَلِّغْنَا رَمَضَانَ) Ki sahat ke bare mein kiya hukm hai?
To unhon ne jawab diya “ye hadees to sabit nahi hai lekin agar koi musalmaan Allah taala se ye dua kare ke, use ramazaan naseeb hojaye aur ramazaan me qiyaam o siyaam ki taufeeq mile, lailatul qadr talash karne ki taufeeq de ya koi bhi is ma’ne par mushtamil dua kare to in sha Allah is me koi harj nahi hai.”…

ِ 🍃بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ🍃

Allah taala ne insaan ko jin beshumaar neymaton se nawaza hai un mein se zabaan ek bohat badi Neymat hai, zabaan quloob o Izhan ki tarjuman hai, iska sahih istemaal zariya e husool sawab aur ghalat istemaal waeed azaab hai, yahi wajah hai ke ahadees nabwi sallallaho alaihi wasallam mein “islaah e zaban” ko zururi qarar diya gaya hai.


🍃🛑Momin ki shaan :

RasoolAllah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :

“jo shakhs Allah aur yaum akhirat par imaan rakhta hai ( usey chahiye ya to ) woh bhalai ki baat kahe warna khamosh rahe.”
📚[ Sahih bukhari : 6018, Sahih muslim : 47 ]

Ahle imaan ki guftgu behtareen aur purtaseer hoti hai aur woh hamesha fuzooliyat se ehtiraz karte hain.
Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
” Fuzul baton ko chhodh dena, aadmi ke islam ki achhai ki Daleel hai .”

🍃🛑Behtareen musalman

Sayedna Abu Moosa Raziallahu anhu farmate hain ke maine arz kiya Ai Allah ke Rasool ! Musalmanon mein se kaun afzal hai❓
Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
“Jiski zabaan aur haath se dusre musalman mehfooz hon.”
📚[ Bukhari : 11 ]

_Kahte hain ke zabaan ka nashtar ( lohe ke) neze se ziyada gehra zakham karta hai lehaza behtareen musalman ban’ne ke liye apni zabaan par control aur dusre musalman ki izzat e nafs ka khayaal bohat zururi hai .

Sayeda Aisha Raziallahu anha se rivayet hai ke maine ek din nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam se ( un ki doosri biwi Sayeda Safia Raziallahu anha ke bare me ) arz kiya : Aap ke liye to Safia ka ye aur ye ayeb hi kaafi hai, yaani pista qad hona. To Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne ( Sayeda aisha Raziallahu anha se ) farmaya
“Tune aisi baat kahi ke agar usey samandar ke pani mein mila diya jaye to woh uska zayeqa bhi badal daale.
📕[ Sunan Abi Dawood : 4875 Sahih-Al-Albani]

Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya:
“Yani ek musalman ke liye dusre musalman ka khoon, maal aur uski izzat aabaroo qabil e ehtram hain .”
📘[ Bukhari : 67 ]


🍃🛑Jannat ki zamanat :

Rasool Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
“jo shakhs mujhe apni zabaan aur sharmgah ki hifazat ki zamanat de to mein uske liye jannat ki zamanat deta hun.”
📕[ Bukhari : 6474 ]

Jis tarah zabaan aur sharmgah ki hifazat karne ki bina par jannat ki basharat di gayi hai aise hi un dono ki hifazat ki kotahi karne walon ke liye tanbeeh Baleegh hai ,

Rasool Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
“Kya tum jante ho ke logon ko kasrat ke sath kaun si cheez jahannum mein daakhil karegi❓woh do khokhli cheeze, zabaan aur sharmgah hain.”
📚[ Sunan tirmizi : 2004, Sunan Ibn Majah : 4246- Sahih-Darussalam ]


🍃🛑Zaban ke khatraat :

Syedna Sufiyan bin Abdullah Raziallahu anhu bayan karte hain ke maine arz kiya ya Rasool Allah ! mujhe aisi baat batlaayen jisko main mazbooti se thaam lun, Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya
“Tum kaho mera Rab Allah hai, phir is par jam jao”. Maine arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! sab se zyada khatre wali cheez jis ka aap ko mujh se andesha ho kya hai❓
“Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne apni zabaan pakdi, phir farmaya : Yeh ( zabaan ) hai.

Ek dafaa Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne Maaz Raziallahu anhu ke poochne par namaz, zakat, roza, Hajj Baytullah aur jihaad ke mutalliq batafseel bayan farmaya : aakhir mein farmaya :
“Kya mein tujhe aisi baat na batlaoon jis par un sab ka dar-o-madar hai❓ Maine kaha : Ai Allah ke Rasool kyun nahi. Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne apni zabaan mubarak pakdi aur farmaya : is ko rok ke rakh, maine arz kiya, kya hum zabaan ke zariye jo guftgu karte hain is par bhi hamari giraft hogi❓ Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya teri maa tujhe gum paye logon ko jahannum mein awndhe mun girane wali zabaan ki kaati hui kheti ( guftgu ) ke siwa aur kya hai❓
📗[ Sunan tirmizi : 2616 Hasan-Darussalam]

Maloom hua ke zabaan ka ghalat istemaal, aadmi ke aamaal ( namaz, roza, zakat, hajj, jihaad ) waghaira ko barbaad kar sakta hai aur jannat ke bajaye jahannum ka indhan bana sakta hai.


🍃🛑Pahle tolo. .. Phir bolo :

Hamesha dauran e guftgu tadabbur o tafakkur ko dhyan me rakhna chahiye kyunki zabaan ki zara si be etdaali insaan ko duniya wa akhirat ke aalaam wa masaaib(musibaton) se do chaar kar sakti hai,
Irshaad e baari taala hai
“Insan jo lafz bhi boltaa hai to uske paas hi ek nigran maujood hota hai.”
📖Surah Qaaf ayah :18
yani insaan ki har baat record hoti hai .

RasoolAllah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
Aadmi ek baat karta hai usme ghaur o fikr nahi karta aur woh is baat ki wajah se mashriq o maghrib ke darmiyan musafat se bhi ziyada(distance between east n west) jahannum ki taraf gir jata hai.
📗[ Sahih Bukhari : 6477, Sahih muslim : 2988]

Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam farmaya :
jab insaan subah karta hai to uske tamam aaza(parts) zabaan ki minnat samaajat(ilteja) karte hain aur kehte hain ke hamare baare mein tujhe Allah se darna chahiye. Bilashuba hamara maamla tere sath wabasta hai, agar tu durust rahegi to hum bhi durust rahenge aur agar tujhme tedhapan aa gaya to hum bhi tedhe ho jayenge.

Yani pehle zabaan Darazi , gaali galoch hoti hai phir ladai jhagda hota hai, to maar jism ko hi bardasht karni padti hai isiliye jism ke saare aaza zabaan ke samne minnat samajat karte hain, In ahadees se zyada wazeh ho gaya hai ke zabaan ka istemaal sahih na karne ki wajah se dono jahanon mein khasare(ghaate) ka saamna hai.


🍃Khamoshi mein nijaat :

Rasool Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
jo shakhs khamosh raha woh nijaat pa gaya.”

Mazeed tahqeeq ke liye dekhye [ أضواء المصابیح للاستاذ حافظ زبیر على ضئ حفظ اللہ : Raqam 3836 ]

➖Mazeed irshad farmaya :

Allah ke zikar ke ilawa ziyada baaten na kiya karo isliye ke Allah ke zikar ke ilawa ziyada baaten dil ki sakhti hai aur logon mein Allah se sab se zyada door sakht dil ( wala aadmi ) hai .
📒[ Sunan Tirmizi : 2411-Hasan-Darussalam ]


🍃Imaam Nawwi Raheemullah farmate hain :

Janna chahiye ke har mukallaf( zimmedar) insaan ke liye munasib hai ke woh har qism ki guftgu se apni zabaan ki hifazat kare, sirf woh guftgu kare jis mein Maslehat wazeh ho, aur jahan Maslehat ke aitbaar se bolna aur khamosh rehna barabar ho to phir khamosh rehna sunnat hai. Isliye ke baaz dafaa jaaiz guftgu bhi haraam ya makrooh tak pahuncha deti hai aur aisa aam taur par hota hai aur salamti ke barabar koi cheez nahi.

Hum mein se har insaan ki zindagi ki kitaab mein kuch aise awraaq(panne) zaroor hote hain jinhein hum kabhi manzar e aam par lana pasand nahi karte. Aise lamhe har insaan ki zindagi mein atey hain jab woh nafs ki pairwi mein ya shaitan ke behkawe mein aa kar aisi harkatein kar baithta hai jin par woh poori zindagi pachtata hai. Hamare aamaal ki yeh siyaahiyan agarche hamare safayed aur ujle kapdon mein nazar na aati hon magar us zaat ko to hamare ek ek pal ki khabar hai jo A’alimun bizaatis sudoor hai(yani seeno me chhupi baato ko janne wala), uski rehmat dekhiye ke woh apne Afoo(maaf karna) wa karam se hamare un ayebon par parda daal kar hamein ruswa hone se bacha leta hai, agar woh aisa na karta aur hamare tamam aamaal wa harkaat manzar e aam par aa jate to hum mein se har shakhs soche ke aaj muashre(society) mein uski kya position hoti?

Azeezane Grami! jab Allah ne hamare be shumaar ayebon par parda daal rakha hai to kya yeh baat hamein Zeb deti hai ke hum dusron ki jasoosi karte phiren, unke nuqais(kamiyon) aur ayebon ko talaash karen aur phir inhen muashre mein beizzat karen. Zara sochiye agar izzat wa zillat ka maamla Allah ne insanon ke haath mein diya hota to hum mein se koi shakhs apne hareef(dushman) wa muqabil ko kabhi ba izzat zindagi guzaarne hi na deta aur shayad har shakhs zillat wa khwari ki zindagi guzaar raha hota. Yeh to us kareem ki shaan e kareemi hai ke usne izzat wa zillat apne haath mein rakhi hai :

“Tu jise chahe izzat de aur jise chahe zillat de, tere hi haath mein sab bhalaiyan hain beshak tu har cheez par Qadir hai .”
( Al- Imran : 26 )

Aaj duniyawi mukhalfaton aur mukhasmaton(adaawaton) mein har shakhs apne dushman ki izzat ke suraagh me hai, uski aabroo uchhaalne mein masroof hai, uske ayebon ka dhindhora peetne mein laga hai. Magar yaad rakhiye yeh cheeze mominana kirdaar ke manafi(ulat)hain. Ek momin to hamesha apne momin bhai ke ayebon par parda dalta hai taake kal qayamat ke din Rabbul Alameen khud uske ayebon par parda daale. Allah ke Rasool sallallaho alaihi wasalam farmate hain :

“Jo bandah duniya mein kisi bande ke ayeb chupayega qayamat ke din Allah uske ayeb chupayega.”
( Sahih Muslim : 2590 )

Yahi wajah hai ke dusron ki tooh mein lagne aur jasoosi karne se hamari Shariat mein sakhti se mana kiya gaya hai. Allah ke nabi sallallaho alaihi wasalam farmate hain :

” agar tum logon ki posheeda baton ke peeche padoge, to tum unmein fasaad paida kar doge, ya qareeb qareeb fasaad ke halaat paida kar doge” .
( Abu Dawud : 4888 Sahih Al-Albaani)

Aaj hamara haal yeh hai ke kisi ke ikhlaq wa aadaat se mutaliq agar koi naazeba(namunasib) baat hamein maloom hoti hai to hum usey fauran muashre mein phailaane mein lag jate hain. Jab ke yeh bohat bada gunah hai, iska azaab akhirat ke sath sath duniya mein bhi milta hai. Allah Ta’ala farmata hai :

“Jo log musalmanon mein behayaai ki baat phailane ke arzoo mandh rahe hain unke liye duniya aur akhirat mein dard naak azaab hain Allah sab kuch jaanta hai aur tum kuch bhi nahi jante.”
( An-noor : 19 )

is aayat ki Tafseer mein Hafiz Ibn kaseer ne musnad Ahmed ki ek hadees naqal ki hai. Hazrat Saubaan kehte hain ke Allah ke Rasool sallallaho alaihi wasalam ne farmaya :

” Allah ke bandon ko iza( takleef) na do, inhen aar na dilao(kisi bure amal par sharm dilana), unki khufia baton ki tooh mein na lagey raho. Jo shakhs apne musalman bhai ke ayeb tatolega Allah uske ayebon ke peeche pad jayega aur usey yahan tak ruswa kerega ke uske ghar wale bhi usey buri nazar se dekhne lagenge “.
(Musnad Ahmed : 5 / 289)
(Sheikh Albani Rahimaullah ne is hadees ko Sahih Ibn Majah me hadees no. 2546 par zikr kiya hai.)

Azeezane graami !
Zara is nusoos ki roshni mein hum apna muhasba( jaanch karna) karen. Aaj har shakhs dusron ki ayebjoi ko apna pasandeeda mashghalah(shauq) banaye hue hai. Dusron ke aib par parda daalna to door ki baat hai hamein kisi ka aib maloom ho jaye to hum usey sare bazaar beizzat karne par tul jate hain. Kaash hum yahi soch kar dusron ki ayeb poshi karte ke kal qayamat ke din hamein is baat ki shadeed zaroorat hogi ke Rabbul Alameen hamare ayebon par parda daal kar hamein ruswa hone se bacha le. Allah hamein is haqeeqat ko samajhney ki taufeeq ataa farmaye .

              🍃بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم🍃

Allah Ta’ala ki apne bandon par beshumaar neymaten hain aur har neymat par Allah Ta’ala ka shukr wajib hai. 

 Allah Ta’ala ke apne bandon par bahut se huqooq hain jin mein bohat hi ahmiyat ke haamil zikr kiye jate hain :

( 1 ) Tauheed :Tauheed ye hai ke Allah Ta’ala ko uski zaat wa sifaat aur uski asmaa wa afa’al mein aur ibadaat me usey yakta aur akela mana jaye aur aitqaad rakha jaye ke beshak Allah wahdahu hi Rabb aur maalik aur saare mamlaat mein tasarruf( zimmedari se) karne wala aur rizq dene wala wahi hai jis ke haath mein badshahi hai aur wo har chiz par qadir hai. Jaisa ke Allah Tabarak o Ta’ala ka farmaan hai :

🍃“Babarkat hai woh zaat jis ke haath mein badshahi hai aur wo har chiz par qadir hai.”

( Al-Mulk : 1 )

( 2 ) Ibadat :
Aur ibadat yeh hai ke us Allah wahdahu hi ki ibadat ki jaye kyunke woh unka Rabb hai aur unka khaliq aur Raziq hai. Is tarah ibadat ki saari ki saari Unwa wa iqsaam sirf aur sirf Allah wahdahu lashareek ke liye hi khaas kee jayen. Maslan dua aur zikr aur madad aur panaah, aur shikwa aur fariyaad usiki ke samne ajizi wa inksaari ikhtiyar kiya jaaye aur usi se ummid rakhi jaaye aur usi se darr aur khauf khaya jaaye aur usi ke liye hi nazar wa niyaaz bhi di jaye aur zibah waghairah bhi usi ke naam ka ho.

Allah Subhanahu Taa’la Ka Farmaan hai :

🍃”Aur tum Allah hi ki ibadat karo aur uske sath kisi ko bhi shareek na thahraao.”

📖( An-Nisa : 36 )


( 3 ) Shukr :

Sari makhlooq par Allah Ta’ala hi Neymaten aur ahsaan karne wala hai is liye unke zimme in neymaton par Allah Ta’ala ka apni zabanon aur dilon aur azaa ke saath shukr karna wajib aur zaruri hai, aur wo shukr Allah Ta’ala ki un neymaton par uski hamd wa tareef aur un neymaton ko Allah Ta’ala ki itaat wa farmabardari  aur un chizon me sarf karna chahiye jo ke Allah Ta’ala ne halal qarar di hain. Farmaan baari taala hai :

▫🍃“To tum mera zikr karo main tumhen yaad karunga aur mera shukr karo aur nashukri se bacho.”

📖(Al-Baqara : 152)

                 Hadees

Muaaz RaziAllahu anhu riwayat karte hain ke nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam jis gadhe pe sawar the, main uspar aapke piche baitha hua tha. Us gadhe ka naam afeer tha. Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya : Ai Muaaz kya tumhen ma’loom hai ke Allah Ta’ala ka haq apne bandon par kya hai❓Aur bandon ka haq Allah Ta’ala par kya hai❓

Maine Arz kiya Allah aur uske Rasool hi zyada jante hain.

Aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :

Allah ka haq apne bando par ye hai ke uski ibadat karen aur uske saath kisi ko shareek na thahraayen aur bandon ka haq Allah Ta’ala par ye hai ke jo banda Allah ke saath kisi ko shareek na thahrata ho to Allah usey azaab na de.

Sunan abu Dawood Hadees : 4681 , Allamah Albani Rahimahullah ne isey sahih qarar dِiya hai.

Abu Zar RaziAllah anhu ne arz kiya :-“Allah aur uske Rasool hi sab se ziyada ilm rakhte hain”,to Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya “Allah ke liye dosti rakhna, aur Allah ke liye dushmani rakhna, aur Allah ke liye mohabbat karna, aur Allah ke liye nafrat karna.

Muaz Ibn Jabal RaziAllah anhu ka kehna hai ke maine Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ko irshad farmate hue suna ” Allah Tabarak o Ta’ala ka farman hai ke mere liye aapas mein mohabbat karne walon, ek doosre ke sath mil baithne walon, aur ek doosre ko ja kar milne walon, aur (ek doosre ki khair ke liye ) apni quwatein sarf karne walon ke liye meri mohabbat wajib ho gayi.”

Sahih Ibn Habban Hadees: 575,Muwatta maalik Hadees 1748, Musnad Ahmad, hadees 22680,Sahih Al Jame As Sagheer wa Ziyaadatuh hadees 4331.

Taqwe walon ki dostiyan sirf Allah ke liye hoti hain, kisi Duniyawi maqsad ke liye nahi, pas yeh log jo ek doosre se sirf Allah ke liye mohabbat aur dosti karne wale honge qayamat wale din bhi unki dosti barqarar rahegi, aur jo log Duniyawi maqasid ke liye, Allah ke ilawa kisi aur ke liye dostiyan rakhne wale honge woh ek doosre ke dushman ban jayen ge .

      🍃: : : : : : : Ambiyah aur shohda unke rutbe ki tareef karenge: : :🍃


Ameer- ul – Mumineen Umar faruq Razi Allahu  anhu ka farmaan hai ke Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya *” Beshak Allah ke bandon mein kuch aise log bhi honge, jo ambiyah mein se nahi aur na hi shaheedon mein se honge lekin qayamat wale din Allah ke paas unki rutbe ki ambiyah aur shaheed bhi tareef karenge.

Sahaba RaziAllahu anhu ajmaeen ne arz kiya ” Ai Allah ke Rasool hamein bataiye ke woh log kaun hain ❓ 

to irshad farmaya “woh ( sirf ) Allah ki khatir mohabbat karne wale log honge, ( kyunke ) unke darmiyan na to ( imaan ke ilawa ) koi rishtedaari hogi aur na hi koi maal lene dene ka muaamla, pas Allah ki qasam unke chehre roshni hi roshni honge aur woh roshni par honge, jab ( qayamat wale din ) log dar rahe honge aur ghamzada honge to woh nahi darenge, aur na hi ghamzada honge aur phir Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne yeh aayat mubarikah tilawat farmaee  “Beshak Allah ke waliyon ( doston ) par na koi dar hoga aur na hi woh ghamzada honge.

Abu Hurairah RaziAllahu anhu ne farmaya ke, Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya : Beshak qayamat wale din Allah kahega ke mere jalal ki wajah ( ek doosre se ) mohabbat karne wale ( imaan wale ) kahan hain❓aaj, iss din mein jab ke mere ( arsh ke ) saaye ke ilawa koi aur saaya nahi, mein inhen apne ( arsh ) ke saaye mein jagah dunga.

Sahih Muslim hadees 2566

Abu Hurairah RaziAllahu anhu ki rivayat kardah saat qism ke logon ko arsh ke saaye mein jagah milne wali hadees mein hai ke ” jis din Allah ke ( arsh ke ) saaye ke ilawa koi saya na hoga usdin Allah saat logon ko apne ( arsh ke ) saaye mein jagah dega ( 1 ) insaaf karne wala hukmaran, aur ( 2 ) woh naujawan jo Allah ki ibadat mein mashgool rehte hue bada ho, aur ( 3 ) woh shakhs jiss ka dil masjidon mein hi laga rahe, aur ( 4 ) woh do shakhs jo sirf Allah ke liye mohabbat karte hon isi mohabbat mein woh milte hon aur isi mohabbat mein woh Alag hote hon, aur ( 5) woh shakhs jِise kisi rutbey aur husn wali aurat ne ( buraiee ke liye ) dawat di ho aur woh shakhs ( uss aurat ki dawat thukrate hue ) kahe, “mein Allah se darta hun” , aur ( 6 ) woh shakhs jo is qadar chupaa kar sadqa karta ho ke uss ke baayein haath ko bhi pata na ho ke uske daayen haath ne kya sadqa kiya hai, aur ( 7 ) woh shakhs jiss ne tanhai mein Allah ko yaad kiya aur uski aankhon se ansoo rawan ho gaye.

🌸 فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ وَخَيْرُ الْهُدَى هُدَى مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ

“Merry christmas  in  kalmaat  se  bachen  khaas  kar is’ko   wish   karne  se  roken   is’ka   matlab  hai   ke  ALLAH-Ta’ala   ne   beta   janã(paida kiya) ❗ (Nauzubillah)

🚫 Isãiyon ka aqeedah  ye  hai k  Isa Alaihi salam nauzbillah   Allah-ta’ala   ke  bete  hain   jis  din  Isãyi   log   Îsa Alaihi salam  ki  khushi  ka  din  Manaate   hain  matlab  uss  din   ye   bhi   maante   hain  ke  Allah-taala  Kã   iss  din  beta   huvã   thã (NauzuBillah min zalik)

to  “jab  ham  kisi  ko  is  tehwar   ki   mubarakbaad  dete   hain   ya  un’kè   khushi  mein  shareek  hote  hain  tou   is’ka   matlab  ye  huva  ke  ham  iss  cheez   par agree   ho  jaate  hain  ke   Allah  ne  bètã   janã   aur  Isa Alaihi salam   Allah   ke   bete  hain” (nauzubillah)
⛔ 25 december ko  kuffar  ka sath dene  walon, unko mubarak-baad   dene wãlon,  un’ki   khushiyon  me rang   daalnay   wãlon❗

zara  ek  dafa  apne  Rabb   ki  ayaat  ko tou padh lo, aur  Allah  ki  qasam  tum   is’ko   padh  kar  bhi  nahi samajte  tou  Allah  se  hidaayat  ki  bheek  mango

🔘 Allah-ta’ala   Qur’an e Paak  me  farmãtã  hai

بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
قُلْ هُوَ اللَّـهُ أَحَدٌ ﴿١﴾ اللَّـهُ الصَّمَدُ ﴿٢﴾ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ ﴿٣﴾وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ ﴿٤

Tarjuma :

🔹Kah den  ke  Wo   Allah   èk   hai–(1)._

🔹Allah   Bè-Niyãz  hai–(2)._

🔹Na  Isse koi  Paidã  huvã   na  Wo   kisi   sè   Paidã   huvã–(3).

🔹Aur   Na   koi   Is’kã   hamsar   hai–(4)._

📖Surah ikhlaas, 112

 25th december ko Rabb e kaynat ki shaan me azeem  gustaakhi   ki   jaati  hai,   Christmas  manaane walon,  aur  mananae  walon  ko  mubarak-baad   kehne wale   goya  ye   tasleem  kar  rahe  hain  ke  Allah  ki  bhi biwi  aur  beta  hai ( Nauzubillah min zãlik ).*_

       _*Aisi badi gustaakhi par Aasman phatt jaye, Zameen shaqq  ho  jaaye  aur  pahad   rèzah-rèzah   ho  jaaye  tou bhi   taajjub  ki  baat nahi,  yeh  baat   Qur’an  me  Allah  wahdahu lashreek  Ne  in alfaaz  me  bayan  kiya  hai❗ :

▪وَ قَالُوا اتَّخَذَ الرَّحۡمٰنُ وَلَدًا

🍃 In’kã   qaul   tou   ye   hai  ke   Allah-Rahèmãn   ne  bhi    aulaad   ikhtiyar   ki    hai (88).

▪لَقَدۡ جِئۡتُمۡ شَیۡئًا اِدًّا

🍂 yaqeenan  tum  bahot  buri  aur  bhaari  cheez  laaye  ho(89).

▪تَکَادُ السَّمٰوٰتُ یَتَفَطَّرۡنَ مِنۡہُ وَ تَنۡشَقُّ الۡاَرۡضُ وَ تَخِرُّ الۡجِبَالُ ہَدًّا 

🍃 Qareeb  hai  ke  is  qaul  ki  wajah se  Aasmãn  phatt jaaye   aur   Zameen  shaqq  ho  jaaye  aur  pahad   rèzah-rèzah   ho  jaayen(90).

▪اَنۡ دَعَوۡا لِلرَّحۡمٰنِ وَلَدًا 

🍂Ke  vo  Rahèmãn  ki  aulaad  saabit  karne  baithè(91).

▪وَ مَا یَنۡۢبَغِیۡ لِلرَّحۡمٰنِ اَنۡ یَّتَّخِذَ وَلَدًا

🍃 Shaan e Raheman  ke Laayèq  nahi  ke  Wo  aulaad  rakhe(92).

▪اِنۡ کُلُّ مَنۡ فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الۡاَرۡضِ اِلَّاۤ اٰتِی الرَّحۡمٰنِ عَبۡدًا
🍂 *_Aasman o Zameen me  jo  bhi  hai  sab  ke  sab Allah  ke   ghulãm   ban-kar   hee   ãnè   wãlè   hain_(93)

📖 Surah Maryam: 88 – 93
 Allah tala se du’ã   hai  k aise  Shirkiya  va  Kufriya Kalmat  se  Hame  bachne  ki  taufeeq  de….Aameen

KYA HAIZ KI HALAT ME AURAT UMRAH KA AHRAAM BANDH SAKTI HAI❓

Haiza aurat jab hajj ya umrah ke irade se meeqaat se guzre to uspar meeqaat se ahram bandhna wajib aur zaruri hai, uske liye jayez nahin ke woh ahram mein takheer(der) kare aur paak saaf hokar(haiz khatam hone ke baad) makkah mukarrama jakar bandhe. 
Sunnat Nabwi aur ijma isi par dalalat karte hain ke haiz ahram ke manafi nahi(yani haiz ahram ke liye rok nahi hai) , lehaza haiza aurat ahram bandhegi aur paak saaf hone aur ghusl karne ke baad umrah ki adaigi keregi .

Jabir Bin Abdullah RaziAllah anhuma ne Asma Bint amees RaziAllahu anha ke baare mein bayan kiya hai ke : jab unhon ne zul-haleefa mein bachha janam diya to Rasool’Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne Abu bakr RaziAllahu anhu ko farmaya tha ke usey hukum do ke woh ghusl kare aur ahram bandh le.
Sahih muslim hadees number ( 1210)

Imam Nawvi Rahimullah kahte hain :
Is hadees mein haiza aur nifaas(bleeding following childbirth) wali aurat ke ahram ke sahih hone aur ahram ke liye ghusl karne ke mustahab hone ki Daleel payi jati hai.
Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ki zauja umm ul-momineen aisha Razi Allahu anha bayan karti hain ke hum hajj ’alvidah’ ke mauqa par Rasool sallallaho alaihi wasallam ke sath nikle main makkah pahunchi to mujhe haiz shuru hochuka tha lehaza maine Bait ullah ka tawaf aur safa marwa ki saee na ki, to maine Rasool sallallaho alaihi wasallam se iski shikayat ki to Rasool’Allah sallallaho wasallam farmane lage :apna sar kholo aur kanghi karo aur hajj ka ahram bandh lo.
Sahih bukhari hadees number(1556),Sahih muslim hadees number ( 1211 )

Imam Nawvi Rahimullah kehte hain :
Is hadees mein Daleel hai ke haiza aur nifaas wali aurat aur bewuzu aur janabi shakhs ke tawaf aur tawaf ki do rakato ke alawa baqi saare aamaal hajj aur aqwaal sahih hain, lehaza uska Arfat mein waqoof(standing) waghaira sahih hoga jaisa ke humne zikar kiya hai, aur isi tarah hajj mein mashru(prescribed) ghusl karna bhi haiza aurat aur dusro ke liye mashru hoga jaisa ke hum bayan kar chuke hain, aur is hadees se yeh bhi Daleel payi jati hai ke haiza aurat ka tawaf sahih nahi hoga, is par sab ka ittafaq hai.
Ibn Abbas RaziAllah anhuma bayan karte hain ke Rasool sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya :
Jab haiza aur nifaas wali aurat meeqaat par pohunche to woh ghusl karke ahram bandhe aur Bait ullah ke tawaf ke alawa baqi saare manasak(rituals) poore karen.

Sunan abu Dawood hadees number ( 1744 ) Allamah albani Rahimullah ne sahih sunan abi Dawood mein usey sahih qarar diya hai .

Sheikh ul Islam Ibn Taymiyah Rahimullah kahte hain :
Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne haiza aur nifaas wali aurat ko ahraam bandhne aud Talbiyah kehne ka hukum diya hai, aur isme jo kuch Allah Ta’ala ka zikr hai usey bhi karne ka kaha hai aur unhen maidan Arfat mein waqoof karne aur dua aur azkaar karne, aur Allah Ta’ala ke zikar ke sath rami jamraat karne ka bhi hukum diya hai halaanke unsab mein Allah Ta’ala ka zikr bhi paya jata hai, yeh sab kuch unke liye makrooh nahi balke iska karna wajib(obligatory) hai.

Sheikh Ibn baz Rahimullah kehte hain :
Jab haiza aur nifaas wali aurat meeqaat par pohanche to agar hajj ya umrah farzi ho to unke liye ahram bandhna wajib hai, aur agar unhone farzi hajj aur umrah ki adaigi karli ho aur nafli karna chahti hon to phir bhi dusron ki tarah unke liye meeqaat se ahram bandhna mashru hai jis tarah doosri pak saaf aurtein hajj ya umrah ka ahram meeqaat se bandhti hain.

Jamhoor(majority) ulemaa kiram jin me aimmah arbah bhi shamil hain ke Nifaas ki kam az kam muddat ki koi hadd nahih, jab bhi aurat Nifaas se paak hogi [wiladat(paidaeesh) ke ek ya do roz baad bhi aurat ka nifaas khatam ho] uspar ghusl karke namaz ada karni aur roza rakhna wajib hai chahe wiladat ke 40 din se pahle hi khoon band ho jaaye.
Balki baaz ulemaa kiram ne ispar ijma bhi naqal kiya hai, Imaam Tirmizi Rahimullah kahte hain: Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ke sahaba kiram aur tabai’n aur uske baad aane wale ulemaa kiram ka is baat par ijma hai ke Nifaas wali aurat 40 din namaz tark karegi, lekin agar wo isse pahle paak ho jaaye to usey ghusl karke namaz ada karna hogi.

Sheikh Ibn Baz Rahimullah se sawal kiya gaya :

Kya agar aurat chalees din se pahele Nifaas se paak hojaye to uske liye namaz aur hajj ada karna aur roze rakhna jayez hai ❓

Sheikh Rahimullah ka jawab tha :
Jee haan agar woh chalees din se pahele paak hojaye aur uska khoon band hojaye to uske liye namaz ada karna aur roze rakhna aur hajj wa umrah ki adayegi aur khawind ke liye usse jimaa karna jayez hai .
Agar aurat bees din ke baad paak hojaye to woh ghusl karke namaz ada karegi roze bhi rakhegi aur isi tarah apne khawind ke liye bhi halal hogi, aur Usman Bin Abul Aas RaziAllah anhu ka isey makrooh kahna karahat tanziya par mehmul hai aur inka ijtihad hai jis ki koi Daleel nahi .

Sahih yahi hai ke is mein koi harj nahi ke jab chalees din se pahele hi paak hojaye to uska tuhur(paaki) sahih hoga aur agar chalees din ke andar hi khoon dobarah aana shuru hojaye woh nifaas ka khoon hi shumaar hoga, lekin tuhur ki haalat mein rakhe hue roze aur ada karda namazein aur hajj o umrah sahih hoga, jab yeh sab kuch tuhur ki haalat mein ho to un mein se kuch bhi nahi lautaya jaye ga.(yani namaz, roze ki qaza ada nahin ki jayengi.)

EK AAYAT TEEN USOOL


Tehreer : Sheikh Abdul Ghaffar Salafi Hafizullah

Transliteration by : Bint Iqbal 


Allah Ta’ala ne surah حم السجدہ ki aayat number 33 mein farmaya :

وَ مَنۡ اَحۡسَنُ قَوۡلًا مِّمَّنۡ دَعَاۤ اِلَی اللّٰہِ وَ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا وَّ قَالَ اِنَّنِیۡ مِنَ الۡمُسۡلِمِیۡنَ ﴿۳۳﴾

“Aur usse zyada achi baat wala kaun hai jo Allah ki taraf bulaaye aur nek kaam kare aur kahe ke mein yaqeenan musalmanon mein se hun .”

Ghaur karen to is mukhtasar si aayat kareemah mein dawat e deen ki ahmiyat aur fazeelat ke sath sath iske teen ahem usool bayan kiye gaye hain.

Deen ki poori buniyaad ikhlaas par hai. Dawat e deen ka kaam bhi Allah ke yahan usi waqt maqbool hoga jab ke yeh ikhlaas ki buniyadon par ho. Dawat dene ka maqsood Allah ki taraf bulana ho. Jis dawat ke pas parda khudnumai( apni mash-hoori) maqsood ho, kisi khaas nazariye ki tarweej( shohrat, ishaat) maqsood ho, dawat ilal Allah ke naam par akaabar(buzurgane deen) parasti ki taleem di ja rahi ho to aisi dawat khud Daiee ke liye bhi aurmaduween(yani jise dawat di ja rahi hai) ke liye bhi halakat aur wabaal ka baais hai. Dawat ki raah mein kaam karte hue lazim hai ke hum pehle apni niyaton ko tatol len ke hamare pesh e nazar maqsad kya hai. Agar niyat hi fasid aur kharab hai to hamari saari mehnat wa harkat rega aur bekar ho jaye gi. __________________________________

2- Daiee ke kirdaar ki bulandi


Dawat ke maidan mein sirf hamari guftaar(baat cheet) nahi dekhi jati balki hamare kirdaar par bhi nazar rakhi jati hai. Dawat ke maidan mein lehjey ki mithaas aur hakeemana(samjhdari) andaaz ki jitni ahmiyat hai itni hi ahmiyat Daiee ke husn amal ki bhi hai. Basa auqaat Daiee apne qaul se ziyada amal aur kirdaar se logon ko mutasir karta hai aur isi ke bar-aks(ulat) zabaan o bayan ki tamam tar khoobiyon ke bawajood kabhi kabhi dawat isliye bhi nakaam saabit hoti hai ke Daiee ka apna kirdaar sahih nahi hota. Quran hakeem ki yeh aayat hamein batati hai ke Daiee ka kirdaar hamesha buland hona chahiye. Amal Saleh quran hakeem ki woh istilaah hai jis ke andar khair ke tamam pehlu simat aate hain .

3- Aqeede ki salabat aur sakhti


Daiee hikmat aur naseehat ke sath kaam kare yeh cheez Shari’at mein ain matloob hai magar is ka qatai yeh matlab nahi ke hikmat aur Maslehat ke naam par woh apne usoolon se samjhauta kare, apne aqeede ke izhaar ke silsile mein kisi qism ki madahenat (yani jo aqeeqah dil me ho uske barkhilaaf zahir karna)barte. Balke ek Daiee ka farz hai ke jahan bhi mauqa aur mehal aaye woh is baat ke izhaar me na chuke ke اِنَّنِیۡ مِنَ الۡمُسۡلِمِیۡنَ yani main deen islam ka pairokaar hun, deen e tawheed ka ilmbardaar hun.
EK Daiee ki yeh ahem tareen zimmedari hai ke mushkil se mushkil halaat mein bhi woh tawheed o shirk ko, islam aur kufar ko, itebaa aur ibtadaai ko gadmad na kare. Woh haq aur baatil ke darmiyan farq ko hamesha qayem rakhe jise quran o sunnat mein Furqan se tabeer kiya gaya hai .Yani wo chiz jo sach aur jhoot me tameez kare.
